Belt System and Requirements

During my trip to Brazil, I was fortunate to spend time with my Master Sazinho.  Master Sa, formerly of Nova Uniao, has cultivated an exceptional team of world champions. I am proud to announce that because of the extensive success and growth of this team, we, Master Sa's black belts have been able to form our own organization SAS. The SAS team requires each Academy to test it's students and record the awarding of belts to our headquarters in Fortaleza, Brazil.  We are proud to announce that our 1st scheduled test will take place June 5th, 2010. Each Brazilian Jiu Jitsu belt is awarded with honor for continued commitment and dilligent training in this greatly respected martial art.
